Job summary

Hakshan is seeking a reliable Warehouse Storekeeper in Kuala Lumpur to receive, store, issue, and dispatch goods accurately. You will maintain up-to-date inventory records and support timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic numeracy, computer skills, and experience with inventory software or Excel. You will work safely, follow procedures, and cooperate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• A secondary school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of relevant warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory experience is preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Candidates should have basic numeracy and computer skills and be able to check stock codes and quantities accurately.
• Experience with inventory software, barcode scanners, or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving goods and verifying against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Storage and organisation with clear location records.
• Record all receipts, issues, transfers, and returns in the inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch goods and prepare dispatch documents.
• Perform cycle counts and stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report items approaching reorder levels.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, operations, and finance to resolve stock issues.
