This full-time role focuses on delivering service excellence, optimizing profitability, and shaping guest experiences. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in F&B management within hospitality, hotels, or restaurants, with strong leadership, cost control, menu planning, and compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive F&B management experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Proven track record of managing multiple outlets and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and hospitality regulations.
• Proficient in F&B management systems, POS software, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication in English.
• Hospitality management or culinary arts certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities to ensure service excellence.
• Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling costs to achieve profitability targets.
• Recruiting, training, and developing F&B staff while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Planning and executing menus that reflect brand identity and guest preferences.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations with regular audits.
• Monitoring food quality, presentation, and portion control across service points.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure best value for money.
• Analyzing sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Liaising with front office and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Implementing marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive revenue.
