Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in F&B.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple outlets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations of 3-4 banquet restaurant outlets.
• Lead outlet managers and support teams to achieve operational KPIs.
• Own P&L for each outlet and monitor sales, costs and profitability.
• Work with the MD on business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns and events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
