Job summary

TKS Taste Treat Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily F&B operations and drive performance across assigned locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in restaurant operations, 1–2 years in supervisory roles, and a strong track record in customer service, inventory control, and team leadership. Knowledge of Chinese dim sum or high-volume settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
