T HASEGAWA FLAVOURS (KUALA LUMPUR) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Support professional to handle customer communications, process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production and logistics for export and local deliveries.

The role requires good English, Mandarin is an advantage, and the ability to work independently. You will maintain shipping-related documentation and support cross-department coordination while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• With good command of spoken & written in English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, good attitude and good inter-personal
• Highly organized and able to multi task efficiently
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and any other relevant word programs.
• Experience in Logistic, Shipping or Supply Chain industries for export is add advantage.
• Candidate who can speak in Mandarin is add advantage because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin stakeholder and clients.

Responsibilities

• To handle customer phone calls, faxes, emails and mails.
• To receive, re-direct and reply correspondences in all forms and media of communication.
• To take sales orders, communicate, liaise and request for payments from customers.
• To raise sales quotation and update customers on price increment.
• To communicate any customers’ complaints to the respective departments.
• To arrange delivery of samples, documents and finished products.
• To prepare shipping documents, BL, LC and all other relevant documents for export.
• To prepare all other relevant documents for local customers.
• To liaise with Production Planning Department on delivery schedule and deadline.
• Other job assigned from time to time from superior or HOD.
