• ·Prepare export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping documents.
• ·Apply for and manage export permits and regulatory documentation.
• ·Liaise with customers, forwarding agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• ·Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
• ·Coordinate shipment arrangements and documentation with forwarding agents.
• ·Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• ·Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• ·Ensure compliance with company policies and export requirements.
