Job summary

T HASEGAWA FLAVOURS (KUALA LUMPUR) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support senior leadership with all verbal and written correspondence and to coordinate effective cross‑department collaboration in Kuala Lumpur.

The role will develop, maintain and continuously improve the organisation's regulatory and operational systems, research topics, and prepare well‑organised summaries and reports for strategic planning and business positioning.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree in accounting/Management, Business Administration with additional vocational or technical training – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years’ progressive experience providing administrative support services or data analysis/organizing would be an advantage
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all verbal and written office correspondence.
• Liaises, collaborates and effective communication with other departments.
• Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the organisation's regulatory and operation system to ensure its smooth & efficient operations and towards company's goals
• Researches and analyzes topics, and develops well-organized summaries/reports for the purpose of developing strategic planning & business positioning.
