Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in daily inventory operations and stock accuracy.
• Knowledge of stock control methods like FIFO/FEFO and batch tracking.
• Experience with Purchase Requests and supplier coordination.
• Experience verifying shipments against PO/DO and packing lists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SGS certificates and compliance documentation for audits.
• Prepare inventory reports and support monthly/year-end stock takes and audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure stock availability.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, pricing issues, and stock variances efficiently.
• Ensure warehouse organization and safety standards.
