Eastway Express Line Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Kulai, Johor to manage export and import shipments and respond to customer enquiries by phone or email. You will coordinate with customers to arrange shipments and strive to exceed service expectations.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with vendors, customers, and agents, while collaborating with sales and account teams to grow the customer base and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years export experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide tailored solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Fully handle export and import shipments and customers' enquiries via calls or emails.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, agents and others.
• Work with sales, customer retention and development, and account management to maintain and develop relationships with current customers, and to develop and bring new customers into the department.
• Must be able to work towards deadlines and according to SOPs and with KPIs.
• Undertake other assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior.
