Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang is seeking a Documentation Supervisor/Executive for a full-time on-site role. You will manage customer requisitions, export documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments within the Wilmar Group.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Studies with at least 1 year in export docs; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in export documentation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requisitions, orders, and feedback via email and phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Monitor and track material planning and ensure timely arrival of all materials.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders for seamless operations.
• Oversee and liaise with forwarders for all incoming shipments, ensuring efficient handling and delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding cargo readiness and schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Manage shipping costs, propose cost-saving strategies, and analyze logistic spending for optimization.
• Handle import and export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, forwarders, and authorities concerning order and shipping documents.
• Administer and file import and export licenses, customer declarations, and manage customs tax exemptions and sales tax exemptions.
• Liaise with Malaysian Customs and the MITI department to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
