Job summary

Mewah Group, a leading palm oil and edible oils producer, seeks an Executive in Shipping - Trade Processing based in Pasir Gudang. You will ensure accuracy of trade orders, monitor bulk shipping data, and verify import/export transactions align with contracts.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining compliant documentation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business/logistics, 1–2 years in shipping or trade processing, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
1–2 years in shipping, logistics or trade processing, or related field.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Incoterms and import/export requirements.
Knowledge of palm oil industry regulations (PORAM, MPOB, MEOMA, FOSFA).
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of trade orders and bulk shipping data.
Process and monitor trade activities including trade processing, stock reconciliation, and transfer pricing.
Verify import/export transactions comply with contracts.
Prepare and maintain trade, shipping, and contractual documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Maintain trade records in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
