Job summary

Pacific Inter-Link in Malaysia is seeking a Documentation Officer-Export to manage export documentation across LC, collections and open account shipments, focusing on Palm Oil, Packed Oil & Fats, Raw Materials, and FMCG.

The role requires preparing invoices, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, packing lists, and coordinating with banks and surveyors to ensure regulatory compliance and timely shipments. You will work independently with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, export, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in export/shipping documentation.
• Strong knowledge of UCP600 and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review LC terms and request amendments when required.
• Prepare export documents including invoices, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and packing lists.
• Issue shipping instructions to suppliers and surveyors.
• Coordinate with banks for LC, collections, and open account shipments.
• Ensure compliance with destination country regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
