Job summary

Home Peanut Garden Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Export Sales Support Assistant to join our export team. You will streamline operations by coordinating with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse, supporting the Export Manager with documentation, shipment coordination, and customer service for international customers.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in related field; 1–3 years export admin experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in export administration, sales support, or a related role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with export documentation, shipping, and customs procedures is an advantage — full training will be provided
• Basic understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal) is an advantage — training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain export documentation and shipping records across departments.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Halal, and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Verify export product labelling and stickers per regulatory and customer requirements.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels of raw materials and packaging for export needs.
• Coordinate material requisitions and purchase requests as needed.
• Prepare and maintain export-related documents, including QC records and traceability.
• Support export order progress and coordinate shipment schedules with production.
• Assist in planning exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
• Assist with samples for laboratory testing and inspections; coordinate internal/external testing
