Job summary

Dancomech Engineering in Shah Alam seeks an Export & Logistics Executive to manage export operations from Malaysia to regional and international markets, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

You will coordinate daily logistics, prepare export docs, apply Incoterms, and collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to meet shipment schedules. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in export documentation and RMCD requirements.
• Proficient with HS codes and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating shipments internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and export operations in compliance with company procedures, RMCD requirements, and international trade regulations.
• Manage export shipments from Malaysia to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and other international destinations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales and other internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and delivery schedules are aligned.
• Process sales orders accurately, ensuring shipping instructions, customer requirements, and order details are properly fulfilled.
• Prepare, verify, and manage complete export documentation, including Customs Form No 2 (K2), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and export declarations.
• Ensure accurate HS Code classification and tariff coding for export shipment.
• Apply Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP to determine shipment responsibilities, costs, insurance, and risk transfer.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve logistics efficiency, export compliance, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export & Logistics Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in export documentation, customs clearance, freight coordination, and international logistics.

You will play a key role in ensuring our shipments move smoothly from Malaysia to regional and international markets while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, accuracy, and customer service.

• Coordinate daily logistics and export operations in compliance with company procedures, Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) requirements, and international trade regulations
• Manage export shipments from Malaysia to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and other international destinations
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales and other internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and delivery schedules are aligned
• Process sales orders accurately, ensuring shipping instructions, customer requirements, and order details are properly fulfilled

The Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, export operations or export documentations
• Good knowledge of HS Code classification, customs declaration procedures, export documentation and Incoterms
• Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping agents and customs brokers
• Proficient in logistics ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for shipment tracking, export data management, reporting and process monitoring
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language skills are an added advantage
• Able to work independently, learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
