Dancomech Engineering – Shah Alam, Selangor
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export & Logistics Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in export documentation, customs clearance, freight coordination, and international logistics.
You will play a key role in ensuring our shipments move smoothly from Malaysia to regional and international markets while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, accuracy, and customer service.
- Coordinate daily logistics and export operations in compliance with company procedures, Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) requirements, and international trade regulations
- Manage export shipments from Malaysia to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and other international destinations
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales and other internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and delivery schedules are aligned
- Process sales orders accurately, ensuring shipping instructions, customer requirements, and order details are properly fulfilled
- Prepare, verify, and manage complete export documentation, including Customs Form No 2 (K2), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and export declarations
- Ensure accurate HS Code classification and tariff coding for export shipment
- Apply Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP to determine shipment responsibilities, costs, insurance, and risk transfer
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve logistics efficiency, export compliance, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction
The Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, export operations or export documentations
- Good knowledge of HS Code classification, customs declaration procedures, export documentation and Incoterms
- Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping agents and customs brokers
- Proficient in logistics ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for shipment tracking, export data management, reporting and process monitoring
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language skills are an added advantage
- Able to work independently, learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
