Job summary

Toll Group in Penang, Malaysia, invites applications for a Customer Service Officer (Export) to join our Centre of Excellence. The role focuses on data entry, booking creation in CargoWise, responding to information requests, and maintaining accuracy while supporting Taiwan customers in Mandarin.

You will work within a collaborative team, contribute to process improvements, and help grow our export operations.

Qualifications

• Export experience in freight forwarding.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work well with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven data entry work experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin to support Taiwan customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative.
