Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, gala dinners, launches, brand activations, and team-building programs, while managing timelines, budgets, and production schedules. English proficiency and strong communication are essential, with travel as needed.

• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, brand activations, team-building programs and special events.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, budgets, deliverables, and production schedules to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate professionally with clients, understand their requirements, provide updates, and deliver exceptional service.
• Source, coordinate, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, entertainers, production partners, and other event suppliers.
• Oversee event setup, rehearsals, registration, backstage operations, show flow, logistics, and dismantling.
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop exciting event concepts and experiences.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, budget trackers, event reports, and other project documentation.
• Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick, practical solutions under pressure.
• Support colleagues across departments and contribute towards the overall success of every project.
