JV GLOBAL EVENT SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Event Planner/Trade Marketing Exec to lead planning, execution, and analysis of events, sampling, and exhibitions.

You will manage pre-event to post-event campaigns, coordinate vendors, analyze performance data, and present insights to clients. The role requires weekend work and a hands-on, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience (at least 1 year) in event planning, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience with FMCG, tech, or lifestyle brands in event activation is a plus.
• Able to work during weekends (off day on weekdays).
• Strong project management, data analysis, and client-facing abilities.

Mansioni

• Assist in executing project campaigns across pre-event, on-ground, and post-event phases.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and on-site requirements.
• Collaborate with operations to align execution with client objectives.
• Collect and analyze event data (attendance, engagement, ROI).
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare clear client presentations of event outcomes and data insights.
• Ensure all projects meet client KPIs and high-quality standards.
