Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in event/project management, agency work, or client servicing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken).
• Willing to travel and work outside regular hours based on event schedules (evenings/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the planning, creative, and execution process.
• Translate client goals into actionable event briefs and provide guidance through the project lifecycle.
• Present, refine, and follow up on creative proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Lead and work closely with the operations team to manage end-to-end event execution and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure professional, on-brand events.
