JINS HEALTH GROUP SDN. BHD.

is seeking a proactive Event Executive to lead marketing activities, brand activations and collaborations from planning to execution, coordinating across teams and external partners. You will manage events, product launches, roadshows and promotions; handle budgets, timelines, venues, travel and on-site setup; ensure compliance and safety; travel to outlets as required; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel for outlet visits and event setup when required.
• Willing to work on weekends when required is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Event internship experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Event & Campaign Operations: Coordinate company events, product launches, roadshows, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Arrange venues, transportation, setup, schedules, and on-site event requirements.
• Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure events and marketing activities are carried out smoothly.
• Communicate with external partners on collaborations, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event-related requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, materials, services, and delivery timelines.
• Budget & Administration: Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets for events and marketing activities.
• Handle payment submissions, invoices, and other related documents.
• Event Operations & Compliance: Ensure activities follow company guidelines, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Support retail marketing activities, including mini program implementation and promotions.
• Assist with brand collaborations, co-marketing activities, and campaign activations.
