Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Event Management, Business, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in event management and coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing event concepts, themes, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, setup, decorations, equipment, catering, and manpower arrangements.
• Liaise with external vendors, sponsors, partners, and internal teams; negotiate quotations for cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee on-site event management, registrations, and post-event reporting while ensuring branding consistency.
• Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.
