Job summary

The role requires at least a Diploma in Tourism/Event/Hotel Management or Mass Communication, 6+ years in the industry, and proven team leadership. Digital marketing and webinar/event know-how are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be a chameleon managing ground-level on-site execution and office planning.
• Resourceful, assertive, independent, multitask to meet deadlines.
• Manage client/vendor relations and ensure the creative vision is brought to life on-site.
• Devise realistic timelines and ensure projects stay within budget while delivering quality.
• Lead projects and internal teams and ensure smooth communications with vendors and clients.
• Maintain solution-centric approach while adapting project processes and webinars.
