Job summary

Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an Experienced Customer Support Officer on a 1-year contract to join our logistics team. You will develop relationships with customers, assist with account management, and provide product and technical support to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, and strong attention to detail with good communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers.
• Account Support: Assist with account management and transaction processing to ensure smooth operations.
• Product & Technical Support: Provide guidance and support related to customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in line with agreements and established processes.
• Team Support: Provide assistance and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
• Training Requirements: Requires 1–3 years of job-related experience and technical or vocational training.
