Job summary

AA Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Stock Controller to monitor and update stock records, oversee replenishment, and support purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Good computer skills.
• Accurate calculation with stock records and inventory data.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations or purchasing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of poison/pharmacy items and related regulations is an advantage.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update stock records accurately in the system.

Monitor and update stock records accurately in the system.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and purchase orders.

Perform stock checks, stock take, and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing team, outlets, and other departments.

Ensure the warehouse is properly organised and that all stocks are stored safely and according to company procedures.

Prepare reports and follow up on stock discrepancies or issues.

Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good computer skills are essential.

Good calculation skills, with the ability to work accurately with quantities, stock records, and inventory data.

Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in warehouse operations or purchasing will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of poison/pharmacy items and related regulations will be an added advantage.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
