Job summary

SHiNE Pharmacy in Sarawak is seeking a proactive Warehouse Officer / Admin to manage both the physical stock and the administrative side of our warehouse operations.

The role covers goods receiving, inventory records, stock distribution and delivery, returns management, stock control, and close coordination with outlets and suppliers. Join a dynamic healthcare team in Kuching and gain hands-on and administrative skills in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/inventory roles preferred.
• Able to handle both physical stock and documentation/admin tasks.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving: Unpack and check incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
• Inventory Records: Update and maintain stock records and system entries.
• Stock Distribution & Delivery: Organize and dispatch stock to outlets on time.
• Returns Management: Handle stock returns and discrepancies promptly.
• Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts and report issues.
