Job summary

Kawan Food Berhad is seeking an Executive, System Support to provide first-line IT helpdesk and end-user support in Malaysia. The role involves handling Microsoft 365 administration, asset records and onboarding/offboarding for staff.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic IT team and support ongoing IT process improvements across SharePoint and Forms, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years IT helpdesk/desktop support or Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, user account administration, IT asset management, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, software, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage IT service tickets, follow up, escalate, and close tickets.
• Create, update, disable and remove Microsoft 365 user accounts and licences as approved.
• Prepare IT equipment and accounts for new staff and manage access removals for resignations.

Executive, System Support ( Fresh Graduate Encourage to Apply )

• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, software, Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues at the end user end.
• Manage IT service tickets, follow up on pending requests, elevate unresolved issues, and close completed tickets.
• Create, update, disable, and remove Microsoft 365 user accounts and licences based on approved requests.
• Prepare IT equipment and accounts for new employees and complete access removal and asset collection for resigned employees.
• Maintain accurate IT asset, spare equipment, warranty, purchase order, assignment, and return records.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate IT purchases, deliveries, replacements, warranty claims, and vendor support.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 licence availability and maintain licence allocation records.
• Provide basic support for guest Wi-Fi, endpoint devices, printers, and server room access records.
• Maintain IT procedures, user guides, audit evidence, and operational reports.
• Support improvements to IT forms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, Microsoft 365 administration, or system support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, user account administration, IT asset management, and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printers, networking, Wi-Fi and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Platform.
• Good communication, documentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
