Mewah Group is seeking a Shipping Executive to join our Selangor team. You will manage end-to-end shipping operations, prepare documentation, and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely deliveries.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Shipping/Logistics or related field and 1–2 years of shipping experience; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for Shanghai shipments.

About The Role:
We are looking for a Shipping Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing shipping operations, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Handle end-to-end shipping documentation & operations (bulk & packed shipments).
Liaise with customers, forwarders, and shipping liners on shipment schedules, cargo clearance, permits, container booking, invoices & Bills of Lading.
Coordinate with the Logistics team on cargo loading & dispatch.
Work with the government bodies (MOH, MOA, MITI) for certificates & permits.
Manage external requirements such as COA, inspection, and document legalization with surveyors, labs & embassies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping operations / import & export documentations (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of freight, vessel chartering, and shipping regulations is preferred.
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, communication, and computer skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage due to coordination with Shanghai shipments.
