Job summary

Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) in Malaysia is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Client Success to grow our business with local advertisers and agencies. You will serve as the primary contact for HCN creators, developing proposals and maintaining rapport with key accounts to drive growth.

You will prepare campaign reports, advise on learnings, and plan content strategies across our creators’ platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts/Client Servicing or a degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
• Strong interest in advertising and media; aware of consumer trends on social media.
• Solid understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
• Passionate about new media and digital content creation.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business judgment skills.
• Able to adapt to changes, empathetic, proactive and client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HCN creators, assigning jobs and guiding proposals.
• Create proposals for client campaigns with creators to meet objectives.
• Maintain rapport with creators and key accounts to scale growth.
• Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on learnings/recommendations.
• Plan, develop, implement and execute content plans on creators’ platforms.
• Manage accounts ensuring brands' objectives and timelines are met; oversee production.

We’re looking for an Executive/Senior Executive, Client Success to grow the business with local advertisers and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HCN creators by assigning jobs and leading in creation of proposals.
• Create proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HCN’s creators in developing content that meet client’s objectives.
• Maintain rapport with HCN creators and key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company.
• Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and executing content plans on our creators’ platforms.
• Manage accounts by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts/Client Servicing or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
• Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Youtube.
• Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills.
• An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
• Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable with creator/client facing role.
• Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills.
