• Workclosely with the management/team to develop campaigns while being able tooperate with minimal supervision.
• Reviewcontent performance and continuously improve creative approaches based onaudience response and results.
  

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably within a creative, digital or advertisingagency.
• Strongportfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design and content execution.
• Strongunderstanding of social media and short-form video content.
• Goodgraphic design and video editing capabilities using tools such as AdobeCreative Suite, CapCut, Canva or equivalent.
• Ableto develop ideas and creative direction — not just execute instructions orbriefs.
• Strongvisual taste, storytelling ability and creative judgement.
• Fast,resourceful and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarand confident with AI-powered creative and productivity tools.
• Goodunderstanding of the Malay consumer market, or relevant exposure to it.
