Job summary

Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to grow and support a dynamic network of digital creators across the SEA region, with a focus on Malaysia. You will shape content strategies, nurture creator relationships, and drive impactful campaigns with brands.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in MCN, talent/artist management, influencer marketing, or celebrity management with 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape—especially TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with data & digital analytics to drive insights
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Excel, Word, G Suite, and Keynote
