Job summary

Apical is seeking candidates to join our expanding team in Malaysia. The role involves managing the full spectrum of shipping documents for export/import and ensuring timely delivery to buyers. LC knowledge is preferable, and you will handle other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

The ideal candidate may possess a post-graduate Diploma/BSc/BA in supply chain or a related field, and should be proactive, team-oriented, and meticulous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate suppliers to meet company's goals in regards to quality, delivery and cost. Achieve quality and productivity through implementation of quality strategies and programs. Maintain and establish proper documentation and quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be responsible for full spectrum of shipping document process including generating a complete flow of work in the export and / or import documentation.
• Ensure prompt delivery to the buyer.
• Knowledge with Letter of Credit (LC) preferable.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.

Education/Experience

• Possess at least post graduate Diploma/BSc/BA in supply chain, logistics or relative field is a plus
• Computer savvy with knowledge of MS office (such as word, excel and etc)
