• Establish and Improve Sales Cycle, sales methodologies, best practices and scalable processes
• Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
• Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
• Managing of Sales Cycle/Process and preparing Sales Order (SPR/SOF/SLOO/LOO & etc) for submission to customer.
• Other ac-hoc sales operations activities

Key Accountabilities

• Managing of Sales Cycle/Process and preparing of Sales Order Form (SOF, AWO, AAWO, SLOO, LOO) for Build to Suit, Colocation, Upgrade, Decommission etc. in accordance with company guidelines and processes/ Standard Operating Procedures.
• Managing progress and aging reporting of SRF, SOF & RFAI between internal and external stakeholder to ensure related Stipulated in Legal Agreement (SLAs) are met.
• Managing progress and aging reporting of SRF, SPR/SOF & RFAI between internal and external stakeholder to ensure related Stipulated in Legal Agreement (SLAs) are met.
• Managing of Sales Cycle/Process and preparing Sales Order (SPR/SOF/LOO & etc) for submission to customer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract conditions and terms of customers with effective communication with customers/ internal stakeholders
• Support Sales activities within Group Commercial Management
