Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations leader to take full responsibility for order fulfilment, service levels, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Production, Store/Warehouse, Logistics and customers.
This role focuses on end-to-end order-to-delivery, delivery planning, governance of job sheets, and driving improvements through SOPs, data and digitalisation.

Lead the Sales Operations function with overall accountability for order fulfilment, service levels, operational controls and cross-functional execution.
Own the end-to-end customer PO and order fulfilment process, ensuring accurate requirements, component planning, documentation, order visibility and timely delivery against commitments.
Serve as the primary coordination and escalation point across Sales, Production, Store/Warehouse, Logistics and customers to align priorities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Oversee delivery planning, company lorry utilisation, driver deployment and urgent/ad hoc deliveries to achieve reliable, safe and cost-effective service levels.
Govern Job Sheet accuracy, production readiness and finished goods availability, proactively managing risks that could affect customer commitments.
Lead root-cause investigations, NCR management and corrective actions for returned goods and customer complaints, with focus on preventing recurrence.
Lead the customer feedback process, translate customer insights into improvement actions and drive higher service quality and customer satisfaction
Lead, develop and performance-manage the Sales Operations team and delivery personnel, establishing clear accountability, capability development and succession strength.
Set the function’s improvement agenda, strengthen SOPs and controls, use data and digitalisation to improve efficiency, accuracy and visibility, and continuously reduce delays, errors, stock discrepancies and customer complaints.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related discipline.
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service or Manufacturing Operations.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of management or functional leadership experience, preferably leading a Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or customer fulfilment function.
Proven experience managing the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle, from customer PO receipt through production coordination, inventory, delivery and customer service.
Strong experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to production planning, finished goods, component requirements and warehouse operations.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Production, Warehouse/Store, Logistics, Accounts and Quality.
Experience overseeing company fleet, delivery operations and driver management will be an advantage.
Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, customer returns, NCR and root-cause investigation.
Proven track record in improving operational efficiency, service levels, process controls and customer satisfaction.
Experience implementing SOPs, process improvements, automation or digitalisation initiatives is preferred.
Strong commercial and customer orientation, with the ability to balance customer requirements, operational capacity and business priorities.
