Job summary

BATERIKU (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Executive – RSA & BPO to expand business opportunities, manage key clients and partners, and drive service performance across nationwide operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or partnerships. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in BD, account management or partnerships.
• Exposure to service operations, client onboarding, proposals and negotiations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support business opportunities for RSA, BPO, automotive services and related solutions.
• Manage corporate accounts, strategic clients and service partners.
• Support client onboarding, service implementation and nationwide delivery coordination.
• Monitor service performance, SLA/KPI achievement and customer experience.
• Prepare commercial proposals, client presentations and business cases.
