Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years' experience in property development, construction, or project management.
• Hands-on experience in authority submissions and dealing with local authorities.
• Strong understanding of property development processes and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor property development projects to ensure timely execution and successful delivery.
• Manage authority submissions, approvals, and compliance matters with local authorities and statutory bodies.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, utility providers, and government agencies on project-related matters.
• Review and coordinate technical drawings, project documentation, and design changes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve site-related issues.
• Track project milestones, construction progress, and key deliverables to align with schedules.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and management updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and record management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.

You will work closely with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly, comply with regulatory requirements, and are delivered on schedule. Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in property development, construction, or project management.
• Hands-on experience in authority submissions, approvals, and dealings with local authorities.
• Strong understanding of property development processes, construction methodologies, and project execution.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors.
• Technically competent with the ability to identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an added advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
