Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and achieve targets. You will monitor outputs, machine performance, and process parameters while ensuring GMP, food safety, and safety compliance. You will manage manpower, conduct GEMBA walks, and support changeovers, trials, and start-ups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant production experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Good understanding of production processes, GMP, food safety and workplace safety.
• Good problem-solving, communication and people supervision skills.
• Able to work in a shift environment when required.
