Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to support the Production Supervisor in daily manufacturing activities, aiming to meet targets while maintaining high quality. The role requires hands-on supervision of workers, adherence to GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and proper PPE.

You will allocate tasks, monitor waste and usage, document results, and report issues. Collaboration with QA/QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance is essential to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
• Able to supervise production workers and coordinate daily tasks.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, food safety and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities
