Farm Fresh Central is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets. Responsible for supervising daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards while achieving production targets.
Supervise and coordinate daily production operations, including manpower planning, shift arrangement, line allocation, and monitoring production performance to ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are achieved.
Lead, train, and develop production personnel by conducting SOP and Work Instruction training, monitoring competency, ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure production documentation and compliance requirements are met by reviewing and verifying production records, process monitoring records, cleaning records, and other operational documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
Support quality, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives by assisting in internal and external audits, investigating non-conformities, preparing and responding to NCRs and corrective actions, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in new product trials, process validation, and production start-up activities, including trial preparation, execution, data collection, evaluation of trial results, and implementation of process improvements to support successful product commercialization.
Assign daily work activities, manpower deployment, and production line responsibilities within the production team.
Review, verify, and endorse production records, process monitoring records, cleaning records, and other production-related documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
Recommend corrective actions, process improvements, training requirements, and resource needs to improve production performance, quality, and compliance.
Escalate and recommend production hold, product hold, or process stoppage when there is a potential risk to product quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, or employee safety, and seek approval from the relevant management personnel before implementation.
Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, NCRs, customer complaints, or operational issues to ensure timely closure.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food, dairy, beverage, or manufacturing operations.
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety systems, production processes, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving production goals.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Possesses good leadership, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
