Responsibilities

• Ensuring well-being, comfort, and daily needs of the Chairwoman.
• Overseeing maintenance of the residence and coordination with private nurse.
• Manage household groceries and procurement of cooking materials.
• Prepare and update SOPs, manuals, and policies.
• Train and supervise local staff and housemaids to align with SOPs.
• Propose and manage budgets and prepare reports.
• Maintain financial records of the household and inventory of assets.
• Maintain security and communication systems.
• Liaise with Property Department on maintenance matters.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure harmony and high morale in the residence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
