APM CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a diligent Payroll/HR Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processes in a fast-paced environment in Malaysia. You will ensure accurate inputs, maintain records, and support statutory compliance across LHDN and SOCSO requirements.
Responsibilities include verifying attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and leaves, updating employee records in HR systems and SOCSO portals, handling insurance claims, and assisting with HR letters, reports,
Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and within deadlines
Verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave records
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., LHDN, SOCSO submissions)
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and SOCSO ASSIST Portal
Handle insurance and SOCSO claims, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
Manage employee confirmation process (probation tracking, confirmation/extension letters, system updates)
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, audits, and compliance documentation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration
Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll, statutory requirements, and labour laws
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
