Job summary

Ingress Precision in Malaysia seeks a hands-on production coordinator to plan TPM activities, run daily morning meetings, and optimize production line layouts. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong PC skills (PowerPoint/Word/Excel), and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Based in Nilai with a driving license, the candidate will help drive process improvements and lean initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate manpower, monitor operations, and support ISO/TS

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years related experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate with good command of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, writing and speaking.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai and possess a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize TPM program activities and daily operations.
• Conduct daily morning department meetings to address operation issues and propose countermeasures.

To do a planning and organizing on the TPM' program.

To conduct daily morning department meeting regarding the daily operation problem and advise the subordinate the countermeasure.

To establish the production process flow and layout need to be implemented at the production line

To initiate improvement plan based on the time study data.

To check and verify the modification and the improvement activities performed by the subordinates

To initiate and verify the permenant countermeasure taken on the problem occurs at production line.

To propose a purchase request on the spare parts to the superior.

To plan and organize on the new machine installation and commissioning.

To arrange manpower and distribute jobs daily and during overtime.

To train subordinate for technical know how and job function.

To plan, coordinate and ensure all system (TQM, ISO/TS 16949:2002 etc...) will be established and implemented

To promote high productivity, team work, safety & health, quality control circle and Kaizen activities for all

To do any additional job as and when instructed by superior.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum 1-2 years related experiences, prefer manufacturing environment

Computer literate and well verse in Power Point, Words and Excel

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, writing and speaking

Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai and possess driving license
