Job summary

Chenbro Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee stamping and assembly lines, ensuring targets, quality, and on-time delivery. You will drive OEE improvements, lead a large workforce including foreign staff, and maintain SOP compliance while promoting a multi-skilled team.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with headquarters and site stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with Oracle ERP system, Microsoft Office applications, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a large workforce, including both local and foreign employees.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with headquarters and internal stakeholders.
