Job summary

Dragon Frontier Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated professional to plan and organize production floor operations, maintaining tools and machinery, and monitor KPIs across production, technical, tooling and maintenance sections. The role focuses on ensuring outputs meet processes and customer schedules while coordinating with other departments on production and quality matters.

• To plan and to organize the production floor operation including maintenance of tools, plant machinery and equipment.
• To set and monitor key performance indicator (KPI) for production, Technical, Tooling and Maintenance section.
• To oversee all production activities and products quality.
• To ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
• To ensure product are manufactured and delivered according to customer schedule.
• To coordinate with other departments/sections regarding production and quality matters.
• To work and time study on production to enhance continual improving of productivity and efficiency.
• To educate machine operator in areas such as quality consciousness, productivity, understanding of process and discipline.
