Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell, Bash).
• Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, with quick learning in DevOps/AIOps.
• Fluent in Chinese & English for daily communication and documentation.

The Position:

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional with a strong interest in IT operations (DevOps/AIOps) and monitoring. The successful candidate will assist in the deployment and maintenance of system and infrastructure monitoring solutions, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with enterprise business suites like SAP。

The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and production deployment of monitoring solutions for systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of monitoring tools (such as Splunk and Prometheus), including the configuration of alert rules and optimization of metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate monitoring, collect logs, and track performance metrics for enterprise-level business suites (e.g., SAP).
• Draft and maintain technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and deployment manuals related to IT operations and monitoring.

The Requirement for the Role:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux / Windows) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell, Bash) with basic code reading and writing capabilities.
• Strong logical analysis skills, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent team communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong learning ability and a keen interest in DevOps/AIOps to quickly master new tools.
• Fluent in Chinese & English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing) for daily communication and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Prior exposure or experience with Splunk (or similar ELK/log analysis tools) for log retrieval and Dashboard creation.
• Basic understanding of SAP system infrastructure and modules.
