IGB Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior IT support professional to provide general IT support for the IGB Group of Companies and office environments. You will perform maintenance and basic troubleshooting for CCTV systems, parking management systems, LPR, computers, servers, and network infrastructure.

Provide general IT support for IGB Group of Companies and office environments.
Perform maintenance and basic troubleshooting for CCTV systems, parking management systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR), computers, servers, and network infrastructure (LAN, WiFi, and fiber connectivity).
Monitor and maintain network equipment, switches, servers (Hyper-V/VMs), and firewalls to ensure maximum uptime.
Serve as primary IT support based in the Fire Control Centre (FCC) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for site teams.
Carry out backup, restoration, and remote support activities to ensure continuous business and operational continuity.
Monitor the health and performance of CCTV feeds, parking systems, servers, network devices, and data backups.
Conduct routine daily system health checks for servers, storage, and network monitoring via Zabbix.
Support site renovation projects, including IT hardware setup, network switch configuration, and vendor coordination.
Provide support on office-hour and be willing to work on shift schedules (5 working days, 1 day off), including weekends and public holidays.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, networking, and IT system administration.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Windows Servers, and standard IT support tools.
Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is an advantage.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Willingness to work on shifts and be on standby after office hours if required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive work attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
