Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support LAN and WAN across multiple sites. You will handle day-to-day network administration, monitoring, and performance tuning while coordinating with vendors for issue resolution.

You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and manage IP space, DHCP, DNS, AD/SSO integrations, and Microsoft 365 access. A Diploma/ Degree in IT or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the enterprise IP address space, including planning, allocation, documentation, and monitoring of IP subnets across multiple sites and networks.
• Design and administer DHCP services to ensure efficient and accurate dynamic IP address assignment.
• Manage internal and external DNS zones, record (A, CNAME, MX, etc) and ensure DNS resolution is reliable and secure.
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to support name resolution needs.
• Responsible for managing Active Directory and Single-On (SSO) integrations, ensuring seamless and secure access to enterprise applications including Microsoft 365.

Education
