Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support LAN and WAN across multiple sites. You will handle day-to-day network administration, monitoring, and performance tuning while coordinating with vendors for issue resolution.

You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and manage IP space, DHCP, DNS, AD/SSO integrations, and Microsoft 365 access. A Diploma/ Degree in IT or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

Design, implement, and support LAN and WAN environments across multiple sites.
Perform day-to-day network administration, monitoring and performance tuning.
Configure and troubleshot routers, switches, firewall, and load balancers.
Conduct network health checks, patch management, and firmware upgrades.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network support and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the enterprise IP address space, including planning, allocation, documentation, and monitoring of IP subnets across multiple sites and networks.
Design and administer DHCP services to ensure efficient and accurate dynamic IP address assignment.
Manage internal and external DNS zones, record (A, CNAME, MX, etc) and ensure DNS resolution is reliable and secure.
Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to support name resolution needs.
Responsible for managing Active Directory and Single-On (SSO) integrations, ensuring seamless and secure access to enterprise applications including Microsoft 365.
