Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT administrator in Malaysia to manage networks, servers, and IT security within a multinational or industrial environment. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing IT operations and security measures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and has 3-5 years of hands-on IT administration experience, including Windows and Linux servers, cloud services, virtualization, and robust backup/recovery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3-5 years IT administration experience in multinational or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of network management, server administration, and IT security protocols.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Good communication skills in English; liaise effectively with local and international teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and data protection regulations is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies continuously.
