This entry-level role offers a foundation in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with responsibilities spanning device setup, software management, user provisioning, network support, and asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 0–2 years of IT service desk, technical support, or internship experience.
• Proficient with Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support: act as first point of contact for employee IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Setup & Maintenance: configure, deploy, and maintain company laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Software Management: install, update, and license company-approved software and operating systems.
• User Management: onboarding/offboarding, creating emails, password resets, and access rights management.
• Network & Security Support: monitor office network stability (Wi‑Fi/LAN) and ensure antivirus tools and backups run smoothly.
• Inventory Tracking: maintain an up-to-date registry of all IT assets and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an IT service desk, technical support, or internship role.


• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows/Mac OS, active directory, computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and hardware troubleshooting.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical staff, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
