Job summary

PETRONAS Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-caliber sales leader to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, analyze exposure and risk, and drive volume and margin growth across Malaysia.

The role requires guiding the sales plan, tracking performance with monthly reports, pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring product supply, monitoring TAR, and delivering excellent customer service and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Chemical or Business.

Responsibilities

• Sales Plan & Strategies: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and analyze exposure and risk mitigation to ensure volume and margin growth.
• Sales Performance Tracking & Analysis: Prepare monthly sales performance reports and analyses for decision making, including sales volume vs target and margin variance.
• New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop action plans to secure new business areas, assess viability and profitability of product ranges.
• TAR Management: Monitor customer trade receivables and implement interventions to mitigate financial risk and credit exposure.
• Product Supply & Availability: Monitor orders to ensure SLA delivery and provide monthly forecasts to Operations for product availability.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support, timely resolution of complaints, and regular visits to sustain satisfaction.
