Job summary

Chop Yew Lee Petroleum Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Business-to-Business Sales Executive to grow industrial lubricant accounts across Malaysia. The role requires heavy field work, prospecting new clients, negotiating pricing and credit terms, and driving payment discipline.

You will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual volume KPIs, with mentorship and earning potential through high commissions and performance bonuses. Own transport and valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years B2B industrial sales experience.
• Experience dealing with transport / construction / manufacturing clients.
• Comfortable handling credit term discussion.
• Strong closing ability.
• Willing to spend majority of time in field.
• Own transport & driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell lubricants to expand account value.
• Conduct cold calling & field prospecting within assigned territory.
• Negotiate pricing & credit terms.
• Monitor collection and ensure payment discipline.
• Achieve monthly & annual volume KPIs.
• This role focuses heavily on new account acquisition.
